Founder / Partner
Thomas Keen founded Sabotage in 2004 after gaining a truly global experience of the design industry. His English background , experience of Italian aesthetics, complex Japanese culture, Silicon Valley technology and finally a great love for sailing & diving have all contributed to making Sabotage Design a company that is not afraid to explore, challenge and evolve.
Nick Woodley has held key roles in consultancies such as Lovely&Co and Native Design and in-house design teams for the last 17 years. He has served as Lead Designer at Huawei and as a Design Manager at Motorola. He is known for an obsession for finding market differentiation and attention to design quality from the biggest idea to the smallest detail.
Federica Medina trained in Italy and is an extremely experienced designer. Before joining Sabotage Fede spent 7 years in a senior role at a leading cosmetic packaging company where she created structural packaging designs for products such as makeup, skin care and fragrances for clients including Estee’ Lauder, L’Oreal, Coty, P&G, LVMH & Boots.

Vladimir Khokhlov has been designing and leading concept development & production for a wide variety of digital platforms for over 10 years for companies such as Sony, Nokia, Microsoft. He has created highly evolved and differentiated experiences across the entire ecosystem; from large screen home entertainment, to web services, and mobile OS platforms.
